Author: EASTHAM - A Cape Cod beach has made a top 10 list of the America's best beaches. Coast Guard Beach in Eastham was ranked the nation's eighth best beach in the annual list compiled by Florida International University professor Steven Leatherman, also known as "Dr. Beach."
